Shanghai Fruit Day E-commerce Co., Ltd was founded in June 2010. It entered the SPSP Incubator in August 2011 and joined the SPSP Accelerator program in 2013. Built on the basis of Internet technologies, Fruit Day is a supplier of premium fruits and individualized fruit delivery services. It offers selected global fresh fruit products, builds a direct supply platform between fruit production bases and consumers, and operates a sprawling cold-chain logistics network 365 days a year. It has secured about US$100 million of venture investments from SPSP Venture Capital, SIG, ClearVue Partners and JD.
Shanghai Ymatou Internet Technology Co., Ltd was established in August 2009, began to enter the SPSP Incubator in June 2010 and graduated in 2013. Ymatou is China's first shopping website targeting overseas purchases and introducing foreign retailers, and the first cross-border e-commerce platform with international logistics network. It has built 10 logistics and warehousing centers at foreign countries to satisfy Chinese consumers' demand for premium merchandises worldwide without traveling abroad. So far Ymatou has received hundreds of millions of venture investments from several well-known venture investors like Tisiwi, SAIF Partners and Sailing Capital International.
Shanghai Qiniu Information Technology Co., Ltd was established in August 2011 and entered the SPSP Incubator in July 2012. Founded by Xu Shiwei, a leading figure in the cloud storage industry, Qiniu is an advanced data management platform and it developed a cloud-based storage technology that accelerates the two-way speed of data access. Qiniu has provided one-stop mass data solutions to a long list of well-known mobile Internet businesses and traditional companies seeking business transformation. With more than 150,000 customers, it has received three rounds of financing from Matrix Partners China, Qiming Venture Partners and CBC Capital.
Shanghai DFRobot Co., Ltd (DFRobot) was established in February 2010 and entered the SPSP Incubator at the same month. After years of persistent development, it has become a world-leading and Asia’s second largest producer of open-source hardware. DFRobot has become a world-famous robot brand and secured multiple international awards, and it was honored as “Well-developed Central Enterprises in Shanghai”. At present the company has a broad product line of 700 robots and open-source hardware devices. It has obtained venture investments from SPSP Venture Capital and Walden International.
Shanghai Zhengda Ximalaya Internet Technology Co., Ltd was established in August 2012 and entered the SPSP Incubator in September 2013. Ximalaya FM is a popular individualized radio app with more than 200 million mobile users and 20 million downloads by automobiles, wearable devices and intelligent devices. It has secured investments from SIG, KPCB China, Sierra Ventures, WestSummit Capital and China Reading Limited.
